Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Dazzlury LLC. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a refund or exchange. This policy applies to all eligible items purchased on www.dazzlury.store.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item is in resalable condition
  • It includes all original parts and accessories
  • It is returned with secure packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or abuse
  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free for all domestic orders
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
  • For international returns, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at support@dazzlury.store or call +1 (801) 386-7750 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM EST)
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you want a refund or exchange
  3. We’ll email you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label
  4. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the carrier location

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item:

  • Follow the return process and mention exchange in your request
  • Once we receive the return, your replacement will ship within 1–2 business days
  • Exchanges are limited to the same product category (e.g., different size or color)

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.

8. Partial Returns

If you are returning only part of an order:

  • Let us know which item(s) you’re returning when you initiate the return
  • Refunds will be issued only for the returned item(s)
