How do I place an order?
Visit www.dazzlury.store, select your product(s), and follow the checkout steps. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email after completing payment.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time. We’re working on it and hope to introduce digital gift cards in the future.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.
How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund or exchange. Items must be in resalable condition and include original parts/accessories.
How do I return an item?
- Email support@dazzlury.store or call us to request a return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.
- After we receive and inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. You can request an exchange for the same product in a different variation (size, color, etc.). Follow the standard return process and indicate your exchange request during the initial contact.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. Funds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 days for the amount to reflect.
Is return shipping free?
Yes. Return shipping is free for all eligible U.S. returns made within 30 days.
Products & Warranty
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We are an authorized retailer of Dazzlury LLC fitness equipment. All products are 100% genuine and shipped from our U.S. facility.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 60-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Contact us if your dumbbells show signs of defects within this period.
How should I care for my dumbbells?
- Wipe with a damp cloth after use
- Store in a dry, clean place
- Avoid dropping or placing in extreme conditions
What if I receive a defective product?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue. All shipping costs related to defective items are covered by us.
