1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders — no minimum purchase required.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation.
  • Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and shipment preparation.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Time & Carriers

  • After processing, orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on your location.
  • Total delivery time = Processing time (4-7)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment. Tracking info is also available in your Dazzlury account under Order History.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • We do not ship to:
    • P.O. Boxes
    • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
    • Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories

7. Delayed or Lost Deliveries

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
