4. Product Accuracy & Pricing

We aim to keep all product listings and pricing accurate. However, errors may occur. Dazzlury LLC does not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or other information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. Order Acceptance & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons such as product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS (may vary)

Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped. Please note that shipping times are estimates and delays may occur due to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Free return shipping is available within the U.S.

To start a return, contact us at support@dazzlury.store. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.

8. Limited Warranty

We provide a 60-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications
